Renewal By Andersen of Central CA is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to visit homeowners for scheduled appointments and present window solutions. You’ll build rapport, identify needs, and guide homeowners through our proven sales process to deliver a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing sales.
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and organized.

Responsabilités

  • Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments.
  • Build rapport, understand needs, and present product solutions.
  • Learn the home improvement construction process.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
  • Use the proven sales process, sample kits, and tech to close deals.
  • Represent a trusted brand to homeowners.
