Job summary

Renuity is seeking a 1099 Bath Installer to join a national home improvement network. Earn up to $300K/yr with bonuses and a strong pipeline of year‑round work. Install remodeling products, deliver quality finishes, and ensure customer satisfaction at project close.

Benefits include paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly direct deposits, and a compensation range of $150K–$300K annually. Must have remodeling experience and a suitable vehicle for hauling a trailer.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience installing residential showers/tubs; acrylics & stone panels.
• Experience setting a drain and installing valves.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
