Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Bath Installer in the Huntsville area to install remodeling products per company standards. You will apply finish work as needed and ensure customer satisfaction, final payments, and a complete homeowner checklist at project end.

Ideal candidates have remodeling/carpentry experience, knowledge of showers/tubs, drains, and valves, with an EIN and liability insurance. A crew of 2+ and own transport are preferred for year-round work.

Qualifications

3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
Knowledge of residential walk-in showers and tubs with surround (Kohler).
Experience setting drains and installing valves.
Must have an EIN with established LLC or business.
Must have general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
Preferred crew size is 2 or more.
Preferred crew owns an enclosed van, shuttle, or trailer.
Excellent communication and customer service with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

Install home remodeling products according to Mad City Windows standards.
Apply finish work as needed for every application.
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
Treat each homeowner and property with the utmost respect.
