Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center – La Mesa, California is seeking an experienced collision repair estimator for our La Mesa location. This full-time role emphasizes turning estimates into repair orders, selling the repair, and managing the file while coordinating with customers, insurance carriers, and production teams.

We offer up to 6% commission and potential earnings over $200,000 annually. This is not an entry-level opportunity; progressive claims experience and DRP knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Professional collision repair estimating experience.
• Strong customer sales and closing skills.
• Understanding of DRP procedures and insurance negotiations.
• Progressive claims experience is a plus.
• I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn estimates into scheduled repairs.
• Sell the repair to customers and build repair plans.
• Manage files and communicate with customers, carriers.
• Collaborate with technicians and DRP relationships.
