The ideal candidate holds a Maryland Journeyman Plumber license and a Backflow Prevention Tester Certification, with proven experience testing, repairing, and rebuilding backflow prevention assemblies, and a clean driving record.

- Current Maryland Journeyman Plumber License is required.
- Current Backflow Prevention Tester Certification is required.
- Experience testing, repairing, and rebuilding backflow prevention assemblies.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
