JP Prime Inc. is seeking a Certified Backflow Technician to perform testing, repair, and compliance for commercial properties in Southern California. You will work on diverse backflow projects, delivering safe, code-compliant solutions and helping clients maintain reliable water systems.

Qualifications

Certified Backflow Technician with 3+ years preferred.
Current backflow prevention tester certification.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair backflow prevention assemblies and related equipment.
Perform certified backflow prevention testing, troubleshooting, and repairs in compliance with local and state regulations.
Complete accurate inspection reports and maintain detailed service records.
Diagnose and resolve backflow assembly issues, from failed tests to component replacements and system upgrades.
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining findings and recommending solutions.
Follow all safety protocols, backflow prevention codes, and company standards.
Keep up to date with industry's best practices and new technologies.
