Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage appointments from internet leads, referrals, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives with a focus on features and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of the dealership's inventory and pricing.
• Guide customers through the sales process to final vehicle selection and handoff to Finance.
• Follow up with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
