Job summary

BMW of West Houston, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to assist customers with vehicle purchases, provide model information, and ensure a positive buying experience.

You will conduct test drives, present features and pricing, and guide customers through the sales process, financing, and trade-ins, while working toward personal and team sales targets in a full-time, on-site role with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a commission or quota-driven role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Keep up-to-date on vehicle models, features, and pricing for accurate information.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements transparently and customer-friendly.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
