• Product Specialist: know the ins and outs of offerings, options, and latest technologies; demonstrate new/used vehicles professionally.
• Communication: Follow up with buyers to ensure referrals.
• Negotiation: Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Data and Reporting: Report objectives and activities to Sales Manager.
