Lithia Toyota of Springfield is seeking an Auto Sales Representative to consult with customers and guide them through selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. You will present options, features, and financing details while learning our products and policies.

You will follow up with customers, maintain relationships, and stay current on product knowledge and dealership systems. This role is onsite and requires flexibility to work peak hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Sales experience in a dealership preferred.
• Toyota brand experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in professional development and training.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership technologies.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to guide them through vehicle selection.
• Present vehicle attributes, options, financing and store policies.
• Ensure proper follow-up and build relationships with customers and prospects.
• Track customers using the store management system.
• Attend product and training courses to stay current.
