Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing/sitting.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prep department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood handling).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
