Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in New York. You will welcome customers, help them locate products, answer questions, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with standing, sitting, and other activities
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
