Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in New York to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement projects. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met.

You will spend time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, with daily responsibilities varying by department. Training in multiple store areas may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer or retail tech
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross‑training in other store areas
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
