Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Toolroom Planner to develop and manage long‑range production schedules based on customer requirements, capacity, and priorities. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing and other teams to keep production moving and meet delivery commitments.

This role focuses on materials planning, ERP scheduling, capacity balance, and continuous improvement, with emphasis on ISO and medical device requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years scheduling, planning, or project management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules in ERP to meet delivery requirements and maximize efficiency.
• Balance production and inventory with demand to support service levels and capacity utilization.
• Maintain capacity planning and analyze sales orders for material requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Quality and Finance.
• Support ISO and medical device quality requirements.
