Job summary

Integer is seeking a skilled tool room technician to perform semi-standardized assignments, reading blueprints and setting up CNC mill and EDM equipment, while assisting in constructing dies and fixtures. You will collaborate daily with R&D, PD&E, EHSS, Production and Quality teams, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and FDA-related requirements.

• Minimum education: High School graduate required.
• Associate's Degree in a technical field preferred.
• Five to seven years of related experience with High School diploma; 1-3 years with Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company values and safety, environmental, security and quality requirements.
• Reads CAD models/blueprints and plans operation sequences with moderate supervision.
• Operates tool room equipment (CNC mill, EDMs, grinders, lathes, drill presses) competently.
• Constructs and repairs tool, dies, jigs, gauges and fixtures to close tolerances.
• Maintains proper documentation of work produced.
• Collaborates with R&D, PD&E, EHSS, Production and Quality daily.
• Performs other duties as required.
