Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is hiring for a tool room technician who will perform semi-standardized tasks with guidance from supervisors and engineers. The role requires reading blueprints, planning operation sequences, and operating CNC mills, EDMs, grinders, lathes, and related equipment to build or repair tools and fixtures.

You will maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with R&D, PD&E, EHSS, Production, and Quality teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to apply it in operating tool room equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints.
• Good computer operation skills and basic CAD/related software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements.
• Studies specifications from CAD models/blueprints and plans sequence of operation.
• Operates tool room equipment at high competency (CNC mill, EDMs, grinders, lathes, etc.).
• Constructs/repaIRS a variety of tools, dies, jigs, gauges and fixtures to close tolerances.
• Maintains proper documentation of work produced.
• Interacts with R&D, PD&E, EHSS, Production, and Quality Associates daily.
