Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a tool room operator to perform semi-standardized assignments, guided by supervisor input. You will study specifications, operate CNC and manual equipment, and fabricate or repair tooling to close tolerances. Strong reading of blueprints and basic computer skills are essential.

Minimum education is a high school diploma with 5–7 years of related experience, or an associate degree with 1–3 years. Comprehensive benefits and total rewards are provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required, associate degree preferred in a technical field.
• 5–7 years of related experience if only high school diploma.
• 1–3 years of related experience with an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including FDA regulations and company procedures.
• Studies specifications from CAD models and plans sequence of operation.
• Operates tool room equipment such as CNC mill, EDMs, grinders, lathes, and drill presses.
• Constructs and repairs tool, dies, jigs, gauges and fixtures to close tolerances.
• Maintains proper documentation of work produced.
• Interacts with R&D, PD&E, EHSS, Production, and Quality on a daily basis.
• Performs other duties as required.
