Clarios, LLC in Florence, KY is hiring a Toolmaker to support injection molding operations. You will repair and maintain complex molds, using mills, lathes, grinders, welding equipment and precision instruments to keep molds production-ready.

Job Title Toolmaker Location Florence, KY Pay $36.05 Shift Enjoy a predictable 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts - working only about half the month (15 days), with every other weekend off. This is a night shift role (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM). Additional hours, including some weekends and overtime, may be needed to support production demands.

What You’ll Do

This position supports injection molding operations and focuses heavily on repairing and maintaining complex molds. Toolmakers work independently in the tool room using mills, lathes, grinders, welding equipment, and precision measuring tools to keep molds production-ready. All candidates will complete a mechanical and electrical aptitude assessment as part of the process.

Tools & Equipment You’ll Use

• Precision measuring instruments: Micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, depth gauges
