Job summary

Job Title

Pay

$21.22/hour (+ $1.00/hour night shift differential)

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour shifts | 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Position typically starts on night shift
• Weekend work (Saturday & Sunday) required
• Mandatory overtime is a condition of employment
• Overtime paid at 1.5x for all hours over 40/week

Job Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on utility role supporting production and maintenance teams across the plant.
• You’ll observe, learn, and perform a wide variety of tasks, often serving as a re1ief or backup operator while gaining experience.
• Assist with production and maintenance tasks throughout the plant
• Operate or attend auxiliary production equipment, including:
  • Brushing machines
  • Die cast machines
  • Dinking tools
  • Material regrind equipment
• Help prepare, stage, and deliver process supplies
• Learn and perform forklift operation duties as needed
• Support plant operations through additional assigned tasks and basic clerical work
• Follow all safety procedures and work under the direction of experienced team members

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
• Willingness to work weekends and mandatory overtime
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior sit-down forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work under close supervision and follow safety protocols
• Strong reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn
