Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks and Mastercam or equivalent modeling software.
• Experience with polymer compounding, injection molding, sintering, or CNC machining.
• Team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and drive implementation of projects.
• Research, apply, and implement manufacturable new technologies from journals, internet, manuals, and books.
• Make unknown equipment operational with minimal prior knowledge of the tech.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and parts using solid modeling software.
• Operate vertical and CNC mills, surface grinders, molding machines, and furnaces.
• Travel to vendors and customers as needed.
• Maintain high safety standards and follow ISO 13485/ISO 9001 guidelines.
• Move injection molds as required.
• Analyze data and testing results to ensure quality.
