Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of professional experience in tool and die making or precision machining.
• Demonstrated expertise in metal stamping, forming, and progressive die maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in manual machining and equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and repair progressive and single-station dies to ensure consistent production output.
• Design and fabricate custom jigs, fixtures, and specialized tooling to support manufacturing requirements.
• Develop detailed tooling layouts and assembly drawings to streamline production workflows.
• Perform precision sharpening and maintenance of dies to extend tool life and improve part quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing effective tooling solutions.
• Utilize manual grinders, CNC lathes, and vertical mills to execute complex machining tasks.
• Interpret technical blueprints to ensure accurate setup and operation of tooling equipment.
