Job summary

Medbio, LLC in Town of Orchard Park, NY is seeking a hands-on Tooling/Mold Technician to clean, inspect, and maintain injection molds, perform mold changeovers, and troubleshoot hot runner systems.

You will safely move large molds up to 4,000 lbs, participate in toolroom activities, and support production while upholding high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Support Production and other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour

Preferred

• 1–2 years of injection molding, tooling, mold maintenance, or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with injection molds, mold changeovers, and hot runner systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work around machinery and tooling for extended periods.
• Ability to safely work with large molds and material-handling equipment
