Job summary

IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Tooling Supervisor for the 1st shift at our Arlington, TX automotive manufacturing facility.

You will lead the Tool Room, oversee mold maintenance, and coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to maximize tooling performance. Responsibilities include supervising Tool Room staff, scheduling preventive maintenance, and driving improvements in tool reliability, safety, and cost efficiency while meeting

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in mold making, mold repair, tooling maintenance, or tool room operations.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in Tool Room, Maintenance, or Manufacturing.
• Experience supporting high-volume automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molds and tooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Tool Room activities and staff.
• Assign and prioritize work orders, PM schedules, tooling repairs, and production support.
• Ensure molds and tooling are maintained for safety, quality, and uptime.
• Lead mold changeovers, tooling launches, and engineering changes.
• Manage tooling inventory and vendor services to support production.
