Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Tool & Die Supervisor to lead the tool room team in Avon, OH. You will direct supervisors and hourly staff to optimize safety, quality, productivity and delivery, while aligning with the plant business plan.

Responsibilities include driving maintenance schedules, evaluating performance, and advancing continuous improvement in a TS 16949/ISO 14001 environment. Strong leadership and Lean skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology.
• Minimum of eight years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor or journeyman tool & die maker.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping, and assembly processes.
• Strong knowledge of TS 16949 and ISO 14001 regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Direct report for Tool Room supervisors and hourly associates.
• Lead and mentor teams to improve safety, quality and productivity.
• Develop and drive departmental strategy aligned with plant goals.
• Manage die preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts.
• Drive throughput and production utilization while meeting budgets.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE usage are followed.
• Promote continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
