Qualifications

• 5+ years in tool and die manufacturing with 2+ years leading or supervising a team.
• Strong command of machining fundamentals, materials, and tooling methods.
• Fluency reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proven leadership—setting direction, coaching, and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the tool and die group to meet production targets.
• Uphold quality and safety standards for tools and dies with proactive care.
• Coach and train team to raise skills and capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering to refine tool designs for efficiency.
• Track schedules and rebalance workloads to meet deadlines.
• Audit and inspect tools/dies to ensure conformance to spec.
• Document usage and maintenance history for traceability.
