Belcan Corporation in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Tool & Die Supervisor / Tooling Design Engineer to lead tooling design and maintenance across multiple manufacturing platforms. The role combines hands-on CAD work with supervisory duties to ensure tooling standards are followed and tooling projects are prioritized for production needs.

You will mentor Tool & Die staff, drive continuous improvement, and work with Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations leadership to resolve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Tool & Die, tooling, machining, stamping, metal forming, or related manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience designing, manufacturing, repairing, and troubleshooting production tooling.
• Strong CAD skills and ability to independently create detailed engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Tool & Die activities across multiple platforms and facilities.
• Establish consistent tooling standards, engineering practices, documentation, and processes.
• Prioritize new tooling, repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance based on production requirements.
• Provide technical direction, training, and mentoring to Tool & Die personnel.
• Coordinate tooling resources and priorities across operations.
• Identify opportunities to share tooling designs, components, equipment, and expertise between company platforms.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations leadership to resolve tooling issues.
