Job summary

McCLARIN Composites is seeking an experienced Tooler to join our team in Hanover, PA. The role focuses on building and repairing trim fixtures, laying out prototype parts per drawings, and fabricating mold/tool frames using precise tolerances and quality standards.

You will collaborate with production and engineering to ensure timely project completion, maintain clean work areas, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School preferred or equivalent job knowledge and experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in general metal fabricating, auto body and/or carpentry.
• Knowledge of tolerances and dimensions.
• Able to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair trim and assembly fixtures.
• Lay out prototype and first article parts per engineering drawings and customer specs.
• Build and repair metal frames for molds and fixtures using creative ideas.
• Complete projects within budget.
