Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a product life cycle environment and in management.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to build effective teams and set priorities.
• Demonstrates commitment to Quality, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, 3D modeling, Scheduling, Aerospace, blueprints and GD&T.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/lead multiple projects of med-high complexity and risk.
• Drive project status communications and monitor progress through reviews.
• Manage launch teams to ensure scope and outcomes; handle scope changes with customers.
• Execute, monitor and control schedule, cost, risk, and scope.
