Lincoln Electric in Macomb, MI is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and execute complex projects for new product launches. You will lead project teams across engineering, manufacturing, and sales, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with customer requirements.
The role requires 3+ years in a product lifecycle environment with strong leadership, Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset, and solid understanding of GD&T and 3D modeling.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000
Target Bonus: 10%
Accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global projects. The Project Manager is also responsible for managing projects and project team activities in the development and launch of new products.
