Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the assigned project team through the full lifecycle: setup, planning, engineering, procurement, production, testing, installation and training, delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will translate technical and business requirements into a workable work breakdown structure, establish and monitor budgets and schedules, manage scope to prevent creep, and serve as the primary customer contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• Experience as a project manager in a matrix organization, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to drive projects to successful closure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through full lifecycle from inception to customer training.
• Translate requirements into work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Manage scope to avoid creep, delays, and extra costs.
• Be main customer contact, maintaining clear communication.
• Establish change management expectations with customers.
• Monitor progress and intervene when risks arise.
• Create estimates for potential projects for quotes.
• Anticipate and resolve scope, schedule, budget, and resource issues.
• Prepare for and attend management and company meetings.
• Support process improvements and documentation initiatives.
