Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least one year of leadership experience OR have completed Boeing’s Exploring Leadership course.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tool Engineering Team to support production on the 787.
• Lead team that supports mechanical and automated tooling used for composite fabrication and assembly.
• Implement high-priority improvement and safety projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide technical management of suppliers and resource planning.
• Develop relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
