Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
• 14+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMHA assessments and guide the working team through planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate assessment results clearly and professionally to senior program leadership and FAA stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted technical leader across Supplier Quality, Supply Chain Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, and Digital Engineering.
• Define, document, and interpret product requirements related to certification, configuration, data management, and engineering processes.
• Develop and implement plans and processes that ensure compliance with technical, data, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Track, analyze, and report data to monitor adherence to configuration, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed, up to 25%.
