Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Tooling Process Associate I to support fulfillment of tools across the region, handling orders, system tracking, and administrative tasks. You will work to maintain tool databases, assist with tool shipping, and ensure accurate recordkeeping while collaborating with field teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in tool handling or warehouse work, and basic computer skills. English proficiency and strong organization are essential; travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of tool handling or warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills and spreadsheet/database familiarity.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tool center housekeeping to safety standards.
• Work with limited supervision.
• Track tool system requests and create toolkit project schedules.
• Maintain dates and equipment certifications in Tooling Database.
• Assist with tool assignments and shipping documents.
• Create new digital toolkits in Tooling system.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for new system functionalities.
• Complete required annual safety training.
• Travel may be required.
