Job summary

FieldCore in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Tooling Process Associate I to support tool fulfilment, documentation, and database maintenance across the region. You will enter and track tool orders, manage certifications, and assist with kit creation and shipping paperwork.

The role requires 1–2 years in tool handling or warehouse work, basic IT skills, and strong communication. Occasional travel and overtime may be required; safety training is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in tool handling or warehouse environment.
• Moderate computer knowledge (spreadsheets, word processing, basic database).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team oriented.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tool center housekeeping to safety standards.
• Track tool system requests with regional field teams.
• Maintain tooling database data and certifications.
• Create and review shipping documents and tool assignments.
• Assist with re-kitting, restocking, and tool loss calculations.
• Generate tooling reports and invoices to field teams.
• Coordinate with field teams on scope and schedule.
• Support UAT for new tooling system functionalities.
