Job summary

FieldCore, a GE Vernova Field Services partner, is seeking a Tooling Process Associate I to manage tool fulfillment and support toolentry, tracking, and documentation in the Tooling Database. You will engage with regional field teams and ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely tool deployment.

The role requires 1–2 years in tool handling or warehouse settings, strong communication, and basic computer skills. It is on-site, with potential overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years tool handling or warehouse experience.
• Proficient computer skills and basic software use.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tool center housekeeping to safety standards.
• Works with limited supervision.
• Understand tooling operations discipline.
• Monitor tool system requests and schedule toolkits.
• Maintain dates and equipment certifications in Tooling Database.
• Monitor Tooling Database for requests and changes.
• Notify site teams of pickup schedules.
• Assist with tool assignments in Tooling Database.
• Create shipping documents in Tooling Database.
• Validate tool information and serial numbers.
• Assist with re-kitting and restocking of tool kits.
• Configure and create reports from tooling demand system.
• Generate invoices to field teams for tooling supplies, rentals and freight.
• Purchase tool center materials and products.
• Liaise between field teams and tooling for scope and schedule.
• Create new digital toolkits in Tooling system.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing sessions.
• Complete required annual safety training.
• Work holidays, weekends and overtime as required.
• Travel may be required.
• May be assigned other duties to align with FieldCore vision.
