FieldCore in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Tooling Process Associate I to support tool fulfilment, documentation, and database maintenance across the region. You will enter and track tool orders, manage certifications, and assist with kit creation and shipping paperwork.
The role requires 1–2 years in tool handling or warehouse work, basic IT skills, and strong communication. Occasional travel and overtime may be required; safety training is mandatory.

The Tooling Process Associate I will be responsible for fulfilment of tools across the region providing support in the areas of order fulfilment, general operations, systems support, order tracking and other administrative activities. Responsible for engaging in order entry, management and tracking of tools utilizing digital platforms for Tooling Management.
The hourly wage range for this position is $21.63 to $35.67. Employees may be eligible for overtime.
