Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Tooling Support Technician for the Fort Worth manufacturing team. The role focuses on in-press mold cleanings, minor maintenance, and support activities to keep tooling components clean and production-ready.

You'll collaborate with the molding department, follow safety and documentation protocols, and contribute to efficient operations on the floor and in the tool room. The position runs 2:00pm–10:00pm and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with injection molding processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-press mold cleanings and minor mold maintenance.
• Use dry ice blaster to clean molds and tooling components.
• Follow procedures and work orders for tooling tasks and production priorities.
• Complete work orders with accurate documentation and timely execution.
• Communicate effectively with peers, operators, and leadership.
• Work from a priority schedule to complete mold cleanings and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with the molding department to maintain a clean and safe production floor.
• Support tooling and molding operations on the floor and in the tool room.
