Job summary

US Conec in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Tooling Support Technician for the day shift (Fri–Sun, 5:00am–5:00pm). You will clean molds, perform minor maintenance, and support tooling and molding operations to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, accurate documentation, and teamwork with the molding department. A high school diploma and basic mechanical skills are required; additional mold maintenance training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with injection molding.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-press mold cleanings and minor mold maintenance.
• Use dry ice blaster to clean molds and tooling components.
• Follow work orders and production priorities with accurate documentation.
• Communicate with peers, operators, and leadership using standard formats.
• Support tooling and molding operations on the floor and in the tool room.
