Job summary

US Conec in Fort Worth is seeking a detail‑oriented Tooling Support Technician for first shift. You will perform in‑press mold cleanings, basic maintenance, and support activities to keep tooling components production‑ready.

Work closely with molding and tool room teams to maintain safety and efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, basic mechanical skills, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with injection molding.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-press mold cleanings and minor mold maintenance.
• Use dry ice blaster to clean molds and tooling components.
• Follow procedures and protocols for tooling work orders and production priorities.
• Complete work orders with accurate documentation and timely execution.
• Communicate effectively with peers, operators, and leadership using standardized formats.
• Work from a priority schedule to complete mold cleanings, Slide PMs, and assigned maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with the molding department to maintain a clean and safe production floor.
• Support tooling and molding operations on the floor and in the tool room as needed.
