Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing maintenance environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or journeyman training preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, precision measuring devices, and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with PLC familiarity.
• Ability to pass drug screening and maintain safety-compliant performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on tube mill production equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related problems and implement repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to LOTO and OSHA standards.
• Repair, rebuild, and changeover production equipment; monitor uptime and yield.
• Utilize gauges and measuring devices to ensure precision and quality.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates on continuous improvement initiatives.
