Job summary

Engineered Profiles LLC is hiring a Tooling Maintenance Technician for the nightly shift in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on daily maintenance and upkeep of extrusion tooling to ensure proper working conditions.

You will collaborate with production on tooling issues, log work in the maintenance system, and follow documented procedures. The position is hourly, with a 12-hour rotating schedule (5:50pm–6am) and benefits including medical plans and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Use hand tools to perform tooling maintenance tasks.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to diagnose issues.
• Basic computer skills to document work.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must wear and use PPE on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Clean extrusion tooling.
• Work with production on tooling maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with tool shop for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Log each job in tooling maintenance log.
• Fill out documentation as required.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Follow work instructions and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
