Job summary

DuPont Spectrum in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking a maintenance professional to support tooling and production equipment. The role focuses on performing routine preventative maintenance, documenting work, and contributing to a safe, efficient operation.

You will train employees on new procedures, assist management with reviews, and respond to maintenance issues, including wiring molds and inspecting equipment per schedule.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents routine preventative maintenance on tooling per schedule.
• Replenishes liquids to maintain prescribed operating levels.
• Checks and repairs lines, hoses and valves as needed.
• Repairs or overhauls portable equipment and wires molds prior to installation.
• Assign daily work to subordinates and maintain maintenance supplies.
• Train employees on new procedures and assist manager with reviews.
