Job summary

• Disassemble and reassemble molds for change-over, repair and cleaning.
• Diagnose mold problems and propose repair solutions.
• Set up complex machines for secondary operations at the press.
• Fabricate spare mold parts, jigs, fixtures and gauges.
• Perform emergency repairs to the mold while it’s in the press.
