Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalen t.
• 2+ year experience with reading blueprints and using inspection equipment or equivalent
• 2+ year experience with operating some type of manual milling machinery or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Analyze prints, drawings to determine dimensions and cutting tool needs.
• Break down tools for weld prep.
• Fixture and set up mill for repair.
• Mill insert pockets using cutting tools.
• Use tool print specs to hold tolerances.
• Inspect repaired parts to meet requirements.
• Complete inspection reports and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Report to Shop Supervisor and assist others as needed.
• Participate in special projects as required.
