New-Industrie in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Tooling/Inventory Assistant to gather and pre-set tooling, manage inventory, and process packages. You will use Excel, JobBoss and Word to update records, photos, and instructions, while keeping the workspace organized and clean.

Tooling for lathes and mills will be part of daily tasks, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork. The role offers an hourly pay range of $20–$24 based on experience, plus a $1,000 hiring bonus at 1 year and a

• Must be accurate, detail oriented and organized.
• Good communication and the ability to work well with others.
• Computer aptitude to use Excel, Job Boss and Tool Boss.
• Understand machine tooling for both lathes and mills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and pre-set tooling as outlined by documentation.
• Recommend tooling to get the highest level of production in the most cost effective manner
• Keep tooling in an extremely organized and clean state at all times.
• Process incoming UPS/FedEx packages.
• Unpack new tooling and fill Tool Boss machines.
• Update inventory and instruction sheets using Excel, JobBoss and Word inserting photos, etc.
• Keep area clean including emptying garbage and sweeping
