Job summary

HOERBIGER Automatisierungstechnik Holding GmbH is seeking a Manufacturing Tool Attendant for 2nd shift in Delray Beach, FL. You will manage, issue, maintain, and track production tools and equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations.

You will inventory tools, perform maintenance, and ensure accurate records using SAP and Zoller TMS, while following 5S and safety standards. Strong English communication and 5+ years in tooling are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with tooling for metal cutting, CNC and manual turning/milling, grinding, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Issue, receive, and track production tools, gauges, fixtures, and equipment to production personnel.
• Inspect tools for wear, damage, or defects and remove unsafe tools from service.
• Maintain accurate tool inventory records using SAP and Zoller TMS.
• Follow 5S safety, quality, and housekeeping standards and support continuous improvement of tool control.
• Assist with preventive maintenance of tooling, holders, and fixtures; perform tool insert modifications as needed.
• Communicate tooling issues and improvement opportunities to supervisors or engineering.
