Job summary

Toshiba America Energy Systems is seeking a Field Service Tooling Manager in Milwaukee, WI. You will oversee tooling readiness, inventory control, maintenance, and deployment to support Generator and Mechanical Field Services projects.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Site Managers, and field personnel to ensure tools and equipment are compliant, available, and properly dispatched for safe, efficient project execution. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-8 years of tooling management and related operations experience.
• Experience with power generation, turbine maintenance, or field service organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, storage, maintenance, calibration, and deployment of tooling and field assets.
• Coordinate tooling requirements with project managers and field leads to ensure readiness.
• Schedule and track shipping, transportation, and mobilization of tooling between facilities and project sites.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, calibration, and procurement activities.
