Job summary

The role drives tooling strategy, lifecycle management, and calibration programs to ensure compliant, efficient production. The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering and 7+ years in tooling or manufacturing engineering, with strong leadership and aerospace experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years tooling design, tool room operations, or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or highly regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tooling strategy and lifecycle management for production tooling, fixtures, jigs, gauges, molds, and dies.
• Direct tool design/redesign for new parts, engineering changes, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee calibration programs and ensure audit readiness for FAA/AS9100/NADCAP.
