A leading search consultancy is seeking a National Account Manager in Santa Rosa, California. As an associate in manufacturing, you will lead tooling processes, develop manufacturing procedures, and manage CAD documentation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in plastics injection molding, CAD proficiency, and a bachelor's degree in engineering. This role offers a full-time position with a salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with emphasis on project management and collaboration across teams.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in plastics injection molding manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in CAD, including mold designs and SolidWorks.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in design and process review for project specifications.
• Develop manufacturing procedures to meet customer expectations.
• Manage tooling standards and interact with divisions for tooling needs.
• Own CAD file management for tooling, including file revisions.

Conocimientos

Proficient in CAD

5+ years experience in plastics injection molding

Ability to manage multiple projects

Knowledge of DFM and molding operations

Collaboration skills

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
