Job summary

Novozen Healthcare LLC seeks a Tooling Engineer to support plastic injection mold tooling and automated molding systems at our Phoenix, AZ facility. You will design, install, commission, troubleshoot, validate tooling, and provide production support in a cleanroom environment with up to 5% travel.

Required: degree in Engineering or equivalent, 0–3 years’ experience, SolidWorks proficiency, GD&T knowledge, and experience writing validation documents. GMP/GLP experience and SAP S/4HANA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 0–3 years engineering experience.
• Experience with injection molds, end-of-arm tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing aids.
• Ability to write and execute tooling or molding-system validation documents.
• Experience supporting tooling vendors, inventory, drawing revisions, and quality investigations.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, commission, troubleshoot, and validate tooling.
• Support injection molding automation, end-of-arm tooling, and fixtures.
• Coordinate tooling documentation, inventory, and vendor activity.
• Contribute to project tracking and quality investigations.
